about
Born and raised in Prairie Village, KS,  attended Rockhurst High School, Kansas State University, and graduated with a Bachelors in Nursing from Avila University in Kansas City, MO in 1995.  Married since 1991 with two great kids.

No formal art education, but have been tinkering with found, salvaged and natural objects for decades.  Upon arriving in Lawrence, KS in 1995 and soonafter purchasing our current home, used the rustic, craftsmen-style of the home to run with a folk art-inspired theme to the entire environment surrounding our place.  Our neighbors have been very supportive to the vision, and we love it when folks stop by to check out the large collection of rusty scrap sculptures and assorted pieces that decorate the grounds.

Joined the local Lawrence Art Guild in 2008 and have been producing pieces for show and sale at a variety of locales since.  Prior to and since then have created many pieces for friends and family all over the midwest.

Would love to answer any inquiries about a piece you'd be interested in purchasing, or, a piece you'd like to have commissioned.  Please feel free to contact me at any time, and thanks so much for stopping by the website !!!

Take it easy, Nick.
